Fort Rock Cave is a high-desert land parcel that has become a significant archaeological site. Discoveries at this cave have actually changed widely-held beliefs about the first inhabitants of the Northwest.

Oregon State Parks Trust raised the funds to purchase this special place so it will be preserved for future generations.  Now, the goal is to link the cave to surrounding Fort Rock Cave so it is more accessible to visitors.
