Press release: Terry Armentrout Joins Oregon State Parks Trust's Board

Portland, OR. Oregon State Parks Trust, the only statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Oregon's state parks, has elected Terry B. Armentrout of The Dalles, Oregon to its Board of Trustees. Armentrout is the Principal of Terry B. Armentrout Business and Engineering Solutions. He is retired from being the Project Manager of The Dalles-John Day project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Founded in 1995, Oregon State Parks Trust's mission is to preserve and enhance Oregon's outstanding natural, scenic, cultural, historical and recreation sites for the enjoyment of present and future generations. The organization has raised over $8.2 million for state parks projects that range from the restoration of Vista House at Crown Point and the Kam Wah Chung & Co. Museum in John Day, to enhancing interpretive exhibits at Collier Memorial State park in Klamath Falls and at Fort Yamhill State Park in Polk County.
