Building upon strategic planning work initiated in 2010, the OSPT Board of Trustees conducted a special session in March 2011, facilitated by the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. In this session we examined organizational models for the Trust to enhance future financial sustainability and established strategic goals for the year ahead. We will keep you updated as plans progress.
